Refund Policy

Every new workspace starts with a 14 day trial of a paid plan. Cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing.

Monthly plans are not refundable.

You can cancel at any time. The plan then keeps running until the end of the period you have already paid for, and does not renew.

An annual plan is refundable within 14 days of the first payment, as long as no more than 10% of the plan’s credits have been used.

After those 14 days, or once more than 10% of the credits are used, an annual plan is not refundable.

A credit pack is refundable within 14 days of purchase, only if none of its credits have been used.

Whatever the plan, we refund:

• where the law requires it;
• billing errors; and
• duplicate charges.

This policy sits alongside our Terms of Service, under which fees are non-refundable except as required by law or stated in writing.

Dezignee sells through Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle handles payments and refunds, and may also refund you within its own terms.
